How to add new stuff - instructions

Please add your code or user-dedicated information into the corresponding folder /simnano/Resources/XYZ/ or into a newly created subfolder in the corresponding folder, AND make the correponding link in the file index.wiki in the above folder. Use analogy with the existing stuff.
