Project MetHet
The general subject of this project is the study of metalic heteroepitaxy. The main goal is the evaluation of effects of misfit between substrate and adsorbate, and of the diffusion barriers on the kinetics of growth, and on the morphology of resulting surface features.
The topic is investigated in the connection with project MagDot, and in the collaboration with the Wuertzburg University.
